This guide will explain the question library and how to access it.

 

Engagement Drivers

There are 10 Engagement Drivers WorkBuzz uses to group questions outside of the Engagement Score. These drivers are based around different aspects of the employee experience:

  1. Diversity and Inclusion: The "Diversity and Inclusion" category asks an employees' opinions around existing commitment to ED&I at the organisation as well we their views on intent and the future of this at the organisation
  2. Empowerment: The "Empowerment" category indicates whether employees have the right tools, resources and freedom to perform at the optimal level
  3. Flexible Working: The "Flexible Working" category measures an employees' satisfaction with their current options around flexible working by location, hours etc.
  4. Growth: The "Growth" category represents the opportunities employees have to develop new skills and for career progression
  5. Leadership: The "Leadership" category indicates the extent to which employees feel confident about the future, trust senior leaders and think the organisation is well run
  6. Manager: The "Manager" category represents the relationship, communication and trust between employees and their line manager
  7. Purpose: The "Purpose" category measures whether employees are aligned around goals and company priorities, whether its values are embedded and the extent to which employees feel it's committed towards social responsibility.
  8. Reward and Recognition: The "Reward and Recognition" category represents the quality and frequency of recognition employees receive and whether the organisation rewards outstanding performance. Questions in this category also measure employees' levels of satisfaction with their pay, working conditions and day-to-day work
  9. Teamwork: The "Teamwork" category measures the relationship between team members, including trust, collaboration and communication
  10. Wellbeing: The "Wellbeing" category measures how supported, healthy and balanced employees feel in their work and personal lives. It's about understanding if the work environment enables individuals to thrive physically, emotionally, mentally & socially.

Question Library

Under ‘Pulse Survey’, you can find a 'Question Library’ which contains nearly 300 questions used across our Pulse surveys, grouped into the ten drivers of engagement as well as open questions.

WorkBuzz’s library of questions will be updated with your Company name:

To add a question from the library to a pulse survey, click the ‘+’ symbol

A pop-up box will appear where you’ll need to select the Pulse survey you want to add the question to. Select the relevant survey & click ‘Save’:  

You’ll be redirected to the Pulse survey you’ve added the question to, where the new question will be displayed on Page 1 above the Survey Header. You can now move the question to your chosen place in the survey:
