Edit Survey Live Dates

This guide will show you how to edit and change survey live dates

 

It is really important to be aware that the emails will automatically send for Pulse 2, 3 and 4 on the dates that are auto-populated if you do not go and edit these. To avoid any unwanted communications going out, we strongly recommend putting a reminder in your calendar for the week before your scheduled Pulse dates so you have the chance to amend this if circumstances change.

  1. Click "Engage (Pulse Surveys)"

  2. Click "Live and Scheduled Surveys"

  3. Click "EDIT"

  4. Type in the "Open Date" field the date you wish the survey to go live

  5. Type in the "Close Date" field the date you wish the survey to close

  6. Click "SAVE"

 

Please note when you amend survey live dates, subsequent pulse surveys will automatically adjust to run 3 months after that date (unless you’ve edited those latter surveys with dates of your choosing)
Remember to click save after you have amended your dates
