This guide will take you through the different question types you can ask in a survey
There are five different types of questions you can ask in the WorkBuzz platform:
Opinion (5 point rating) questions
Radio Button Questions
Checkbox Questions
Comments Box
Demographic
When you add a question, you can select the type of question you would like to ask:
- Most questions use the Opinion (5-point rating) option, but you can also utilise:
- Radio Buttons where one option should be chosen from a list, such as yes/no questions.
- Checkbox where respondents can select more than one option from a list
- Comments Box for open questions
- When you select the question type, you can choose to ‘Require the question’ if you want to make the question mandatory.
💡By default this is not enabled: If you do choose to enable this, the survey response rate may fall if some employees are not comfortable answering a specific question.
