This guide will show you how to add questions to your survey.

Click "Engage (Pulse Surveys)"

Click "Live and Scheduled Surveys"

Click "EDIT" on the pulse you wish to edit

Click "+ QUESTION"

Click the "Select question type" drop down box to select the intended question type

Type in the question you wish to ask

For opinion questions, click the "Select category" box to choose the question category

For opinion questions. click this icon if you wish to edit the response options

Click the "Require the question" field if the question must be answered before moving on.
WorkBuzz recommends not using this functionality as it increases the survey drop-out rate significantly.

Click the "Add "Not Applicable"" field if you would like to add an additional N/A response option to the question

Click "SAVE & CLOSE"
