Question Logic

This guide will show you how to add and edit logic from your survey questions. 

1. Click "Engage (Pulse Surveys)"

   

2. Click "Live and Scheduled Surveys"

   

3. Click "EDIT" on the pulse survey you wish to edit

   

4. Click the three small dots and then "Edit" to make changes to the selected question

   

5. Click the "LOGIC" tab

   

6. Click "Based on answers to previous questions" if you wish for the current question to appear based on a specific response of a previous question

   

7. Click the question you wish the current question to link to

   

8. "Is exactly equal to:" will mean that there is only one specific response option that triggers the appearance of the current, linked question.

   

9. "Is one of the following:" means multiple responses can trigger the appearance of the current question

   

10. Click "SAVE & CLOSE"

    

11. Click "To certain departments/groups or demographics" if you would like the question to appear only for those of a specific demographic or within a particular department

    

12. Demographic options can be down under the Demographic List

    

13. Tailoring by department can be done underneath the Demographic List

    

14. Click "SAVE & CLOSE"
