This guide is essential for effectively managing dashboard permissions and roles in WorkBuzz, ensuring that users have the appropriate access to critical data.
1. Underneath the People module, click "Access Control"
2. Click "Roles"; here you can set what permissions different levels of access have to the WorkBuzz Results Dashboard
3. Start with the 'Client Admin' access. This reflects the access of your Power Users. To view the settings, click the Pencil icon.
4. The relevant toggles to turn on would be "View Perspectives", "Create Perspectives" and "Share/Export Perspectives". For a Power User, the assumption is that they should have all Permissions but this is set up at your discretion.
5. Once you're happy you've set up the Access Permissions, click "Update role".
Before a Survey Closes, it's important to set up Permissions.
For Managers accessing WorkBuzz, you can limit access to Perspectives to be 'View' only.
