1. [[Navigate to the Perspectives Tab ]]
2. [[Click "Create perspective" ]]
3. Enter a name for your Perspective
4. Selected Topic and "expand more"
5. Select "All" or your required Topic you would like to base your Perspective on
6. Select your Avatar. Choose from either the default avatar or your custom avatar*
7. Click "Next"
8. Click "expand more"
9. Select "All" or your required department. You can select only one department and it must meet the confidentiality requirements (25 comment responses)
10. Click "Next" (If you have selected an individual department you will need to enter some Context)
11. Select "Add demographic"
12. Select "expand more"
13. Select your required demographics. You are able to select a maximum of 2 different demographics.
14. Click "Next"
15. Review the selection and click "Confirm"
16. Click "Finish"
17. Once the Perspective has been generated it will appear on the perspectives dashboard within 15 minutes.
