It's critical you communicate feedback from your survey promptly. Some key reasons for this include:
Ensuring employees don't lose faith in the survey process and management
Demonstrating that the results are shared without any intervention from management - that you are listening to their candid feedback
Showing employees that their opinions count so they are engaged with the process
Giving employees a reason to participate in future surveys as a results of feeling like the exercise was worthwhile and wanting their opinions heard in the future
