How to edit your Department Structure via File Upload
Navigate to your account and Click "Attributes"
Click "Departments"
Click "Export To Excel"
Open the file.
Click "enable editing"
Each department already included in the structure has an identification code. Please do not make any changes to these codes. It is acceptable to remove a code if you are deleting the department, and it is acceptable to move it if you are relocating the department under a different one.
You can now make changes to your structure using the identification codes as a guide. If you add a new department, you will only need to enter the department name where required. An identification code will be generated automatically by the system, so you do not need to add one yourself.

Once you have finished making all necessary changes, please ensure the document is saved.
Click here to reupload the file you have just modified.
Click "Upload File"
You will then be prompted to review all changes before confirming. You can do this by by selecting ‘Export Change Report’ to view the changes in Excel.
Once you are happy with the changes you can click "Add Departments"
