This guide will detail how to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA is not available on all plans, if you are unsure if this in included in your current plan please speak to your CSM.
To turn on MFA please contact your CSM or support@workbuzz.com
Once activated, you can begin setting up MFA by logging into WorkBuzz again. There you will be prompted to download a trusted MFA app and scan the QR code:
Once you have scanned the QR code on the authenticator app a 6 digit code should appear, when you type this in you will be able to access WorkBuzz.
If you are logged out, you will not have to follow the same steps again using the QR code however you will have to use the 6 digit verification code found on the app.
If you wish to turn off MFA please contact your CSM or support@workbuzz.com.
Any user who is signed up while MFA is active will still be required to use MFA to sign in. However, your CSM or Support can resolve this.
