- Does the system send out an alert each time a survey response Is submitted?
No, as a power user you can log in and check manually.
If the function is enabled, line managers will receive weekly email of how many people assigned to them have submitted a survey.
- Confidentiality promise - Why is it not anonymous for onboard and exit surveys?
Knowing which employee has said which comments allows direct action to be taken on the onboarding feedback, before any potential damage is done (wrong equipment etc..)
We have also removed the 5 person limit for answers as some companies may onboard at different rates and we want you to see the results as soon as possible.
- Is there an option to restrict access to comments for Line Managers who receive feedback?
Currently, the only option is to remove access to comments in the role level for a manager, however this would also restrict their view for ODPs and Pulse surveys.
- Will line managers receive a feedback report for those who agreed for their feedback to be shared?
This information should be shared with line managers at your (as the power user) discretion.
- Can we have only the Exit surveys and not the onboarding (or vice versa)?
Onboard and Exit are a package deal, however, it is up to you if you choose to run only one of them.
- Will users who have been sent an exit survey, still be able to complete the onboard survey?
No. The best option is to send the onboarding survey first, and once completed send the exit survey.
- Can you still keep trend connections for onboard and exit survey questions?
As long as there has been no change to the questions asked, the system will be able to track trending correctly
- What happens when I send someone a leavers survey?
Leavers are 'soft deleted' by the system and added to a separate leavers list which you can find on the exit page:
If you sent them a leavers survey by mistake, you will have to add them back in as a new employee.
- How long do the lifecycle surveys remain open for?
The onboard surveys will remain open for 90 days and the exit surveys will remain open for 30 days after sending. If they do not complete within this time, the link will expire.
