Changing Reminder Emails for Lifecycle Surveys

How to change email reminders for both Onboard and Exit surveys

  1. Click "Employee Lifecycle Surveys"

  2. Click either the Onboard or Exit survey

  3. Click "Survey Invitations"

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Send reminder after" email, which will provide a list of how many days after a survey has gone live that the reminders are sent

  5. Click Update to save the updated settings
