How to Switch Off Feedback Being Sent to Line Manager

This guide provides a straightforward method for disabling the option for employees to share feedback with their line managers.

  • Power Users have access to the dashboard, but you can automatically share Onboard & Exit responses directly with Line Managers.
  • If the Consent question (1st toggle) is on, then the second toggle will display – the second toggle turns the automated emails to line mangers on or off. The Automated email to the Line Manager will be OFF by default

  1. Navigate to "Employee Lifecycle Surveys"

  2. Click "Onboard"

  3. Click "Administration"

  4. Use the toggle button to turn OFF asking employees if they would like to share their feedback with their line manager
