This guide will show you how to create and edit the Exit survey.

On the main dashboard navigate to "Employee Lifecycle Surveys"

Select "Onboard" or "Exit" depending on which survey you are building

Here you will see our template. Much like our regular Pulse surveys, you will be free to edit the questions as you see fit. Please check the bottom of the page for links to the full guide If you wish to add a question, click "+ Question"

Choose the type of question you would like to add

Input the question text

Click "Save & close"
