This guide provides clear instructions on how to invite employees to participate in exit surveys using either an Excel template or manual selection.
**Option 1: Excel Invites**
Click "Employee Lifecycle Surveys"
Click "Exit"
Click the "Leavers" tab
Click "Download Template"
After filling out the employee details, click "Upload File" or drag and drop the file into the upload box
**Option 2: - Manual Invites**
Click "People"
Click "Employees"
Click the drop-down arrow at the top of the employee list
Switch to "Send Exit survey"
Click the checkboxes of anyone you wish to add to the survey
Click "Send Exit Survey"
Click "Send"
Anyone invited to the exit survey will be unable to take part in any future surveys until they are re-added. They will also be automatically removed from the employee list.
Exit lifecycle links will remain open for the employee for 30 days until it expires.
