When should I send an exit survey?
Exit surveys are essential tools for gathering feedback from employees about their general experience with the business as well as identifying reasons for leaving. We recommend sending an exit survey once notice has been given and incorporate it into your offboarding process.
However our People science team can work with you to find a critical time in which to run these.
Confidentiality promise - Why is it not anonymous for exit surveys?
Knowing which employee has said which comments allows direct action to be taken on the exit feedback.
We have also removed the 5 person limit for answers as some companies may exit at different rates and we want you to see the results as soon as possible.
