Hi all,
Firstly, thank you to all of you who participated in our first WorkBuzz pulse survey - 86% of employees took the time to take part and have their say.
As a result, we can be confident knowing that the results are representative and we can focus on the areas that really matter to you.
Over the next few weeks, the senior team and I will be spending time reviewing your feedback and trying to understand what we really need to focus on to become more successful and a better place to work. After this review, we will provide an update, letting you know what we are going to be doing at an organisational level.
Managers of teams that provided at least five responses will also receive their results via a WorkBuzz online dashboard. I’d encourage all managers to share their feedback openly with their teams and invite suggestions for improvement.
