This guide will take you through best practice and examples for On Demand Polls: 

 

Running a regular engagement survey is best practice, but between your surveys you may want to pick up on topics or themes that either stuck out, or you didn’t get a chance to ask.

On demand Polls (ODPs) can be used for a multitude of different reasons including but not limited to:

·       A pulse survey follow up, targeting a specific theme such as wellbeing

·       A regular check in, just one or two questions to keep your finger on the pulse

·       Confidential nominations for an employee based award

·       Asking what people thought of the latest holiday party

Although you start out with a bank slate, we have made some templates which you can use for specific themes. Just ask your CSM or support for any of them:
