One of our dashboard users can’t see the results of our result run on demand poll. Why?
They will require to have their manager access role updated to include On Demand Poll results. To update manager access please follow this guide here

I can’t see the ‘Impact on engagement’ on my results:
The impact on engagement will only appear if there are at least 50 respondents to the survey and if there at least 10 non-employee engagement questions asked in the survey.

I can’t see a heatmap when I combine multiple filters together?
The system only generates a heatmap if the options selected all belong to the same demographic. If you combine different demographic filters, then it will only show a combined result.
On my Results dashboard, I can’t see the previous pulse we ran.
All pulse surveys are grouped together, whereas on demand polls will show up individually. Click on company name + pulse. Once it loads up the latest pulse survey, on the main page, there is a drop-down bar where you can select the date to see your previous pulse surveys.
