How To Create A Role for Dashboard Results
1. Navigate to "Access Control"
2. Click "Roles"
3. Click "Add custom role"
4. If you are creating the role for a manager who will have access to more than one department please turn Matric Access ON
5. Enter the name for the role
6. Select what surveys the role should have access to and which features of the dashboard
7. Select what departments this role needs access to! Please note that if you are creating a role where various managers with different department access will be using this role please select "All Departments"
8. Select the demographics you would like this role to have access to
9. Please select the departments required for comments access. Please note that if you are creating a role where various managers with different department access will be using this role please select "All Departments"
10. Please select the demographics required for the comments section
