1. Navigate to "Access Control"
2. Click "Dashboard Permissions"
3. Click "Add new user"
4. Click "First Name" field and enter the name.
5. Click the "Last Name" field and enter the name.
6. Click the "Email" field and enter the email.
7. Click "Role" and select the role required.
8. If the user is NOT a matrix manager please select their department.
Please ensure if the user is a Matrix Manager role they will not require a department to be selected but if they are a general role then a department will need to be added for results to show.
9. Click "Add New User"
When notifications are enabled, there is a 45-minute delay before any emails are sent. This delay allows time to correct any mistakes, such as accidentally marking the wrong people as active.
If notifications are turned on, users are made active, and then notifications are turned off again within this 45-minute window, no emails will be sent.
