This guide will take you through email delivery statistics and resending email invitations
After survey is live, the 'Administration' tab under your current survey will show your response rate and email deliverability summary.
Delivery Statistics
- Here you can see the ‘Delivery Statistics’ for the emails sent
- If you have any Undelivered emails, WorkBuzz will show an alert "Urgent: Several of our emails bounced back, possibly because the email address was wrong - see DETAILS below":
- The button will refresh the statistics in real time
- You can click 'DETAILS' relating to the message that you've sent to see more information about the Undelivered emails
- You'll be able to see the email addresses that are Undelivered, what has happened to the email and be able to:
- Edit the email address to update where you want it sent to
- Resend the email to the same email address to try again
- To go back to the main page, click 'CANCEL'
What do the different Undeliverable reasons mean?
- Bounced - The email has been attempted to be delivered, but has been rejected (perhaps temporarily) by the address e.g. if an inbox is full, there is an outage, etc.
- Dropped - The message hasn't been sent to protect sender reputation. This relates to email addresses that often bounce, or sit on spam reports
- Unsubscribed - An ‘Unsubscribed’ employee will have to have hit the ‘Unsubscribe’ link on any of the emails sent out under this campaign. If an employee unsubscribes they will not receive any further emails from this campaign ONLY, they will receive emails of any further / separate surveys they are part of
Re-sending invitations
- Employees may miss or accidentally delete their survey email invitation and ask for it to be resent to them
- To Resend a Survey Link, type in the email address of the employee under 'Resend Survey Link' to find them and click "Resend", which will send them their automated invitation email
- You can also click "Copy" which will copy their unique URL automatically, allowing you to send them the link directly.
