I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to request for your password to be reset. Please go to https://admin.workbuzz.com/ and follow the forgot password link. Once the reset email has been sent, it will be valid for only 24hours before it expires. If you are having issues receiving this email, please contact your CSM or support@workbuzz.com who will be able to assist.
Token is invalid" message when trying to update password:
If you see a "token is invalid" message, please check the following:
Ensure the password reset email is not older than 24 hours
If you are already registered, make sure you are using the correct link to access the dashboard
If the password reset email is older than 24 hours, it will no longer be valid
In this case, please contact the support team for a new link. Once received, the new link must be used within 24 hours.

Can I add employees during a live survey who might have been missed off by accident?
Yes, once a survey is live you are able to manually add in a new employee (no file upload during a live survey) and the system will automatically send out a survey email to the newly added individual. To find out how to manually add an employee, please see this article here
I need to make changes to our employee data, is editing them one by one the fastest way?
We recommend the best practice is that you export the current employee data on the system, make all the amendments you need to the file, then re-upload it. The system will ask if you want to add this to the existing data or write over it.
Error message on my Admin page when I log in
If you are getting the error message "This page does not exist or you don't have access to this content" This happens when the URL is not correct and contains additional text such as ‘/client/’ at the end. You should log on via http://admin.workbuzz.com
