What are Focus Areas?
Focus Areas are designed to highlight the top priorities for your team based on their survey results. Instead of sifting through all the feedback, Act pinpoints up to three key areas that, when improved, will make the biggest difference in employee engagement and up to three areas your teams should celebrate due to good survey results.
Think of Focus Areas as your team’s engagement GPS. They guide you toward the issues that matter most, so you can focus your efforts where they’ll have the most impact. Whether it’s improving communication or addressing workload concerns, these priorities are tailored specifically to your team. To balance your improvement areas, Act highlights the areas your teams should consider as a good achievement and celebrate high score.
By using Focus Areas, you’ll:
Save time by knowing exactly where to direct your energy.
Build better engagement by addressing what matters most.
Take meaningful action without needing to analyse every detail yourself.
Celebrate your team’s effort, by honouring good results.

Then, Tailoring to Your Team: The results are customized by comparing your team’s scores to organizational averages and past results, ensuring the priorities reflect your team’s unique needs.
