How does the AI work?

The AI analyses responses by spotting patterns, comparing benchmarks, and filtering out noise to highlight the most important trends. This means you get clear, meaningful insights—fast.

Our first Summary is an executive/overall summary. This gives you a big-picture overview.

We start by looking at where response rates are high or low.

We then move onto engagement levels, so you get an idea for how people feel about work, their teams, and the company.

After this we look at your drivers of engagement. This section uncovers why engagement levels are shifting. We will cover off the top survey questions linked to engagement, common themes from employee comments and significant differences across teams or demographics.

From here we move onto your focus areas for improvement. In this the AI pinpoints where engagement is low and where positive trends are emerging. We also give you best-practice recommendations so you know exactly where to focus next.

In this, anything that is considered a low-impact area that does not drive real change, is filtered out.

Our next summary is one by department. Each department summary includes:

Response trends, key engagement insights and also strengths and areas for improvement.

To ensure accuracy, we only include statistically reliable data. Important thing to note is that demographics aren’t analysed at the department level.

How do we ensure reliable insights across executive/overall and department summaries?

we only look at core demographics (age, tenure, gender, location, job role) and only at an overall level. Any low-response departments are excluded for anonymity reasons. Additionally we only use trends with strong statistical backing.

How do we handle open comments?

To protect privacy and fairness, AI focuses on broad themes so we exclude:

Individual names, sensitive topics (unless frequently mentioned), personal complaints and whistleblowing reports.

Some final thoughts. Our AI summaries are designed to save you time, highlight what matters, and help you take meaningful action. If you have questions or need help interpreting results, we’re here to support you.
