Set or Edit Confidentiality Thresholds

  • Updated

This guide will show you how to set or edit your confidentiality threshold.

When considering these, please note WorkBuzz typically protects confidentiality at levels of 5 for closed questions and 10 for open questions - see our Confidentiality Promise for more information. This means that you'd want to have a group of 5 or more respondents (employees invited) to enable you to view your results

  1. Please note that the minimum is 5 respondents (employees invited) for both closed and open questions

The confidentiality thresholds are flexible to suit your needs and can be as high as 20 responses

We recommend having higher thresholds on open questions as it's easier to identify responses based on the way individuals write their answers to these questions

When fewer responses than the thresholds are received, the results dashboards will display no results for these groups and a will appear advising the results have been hidden due to confidentiality.

    Click "Engage (Pulse Surveys)"

  2. Click "Survey Settings"

  3. Select your preferred threshold for closed questions

  4. Select your preferred threshold for open questions

  5. Choose what to base the confidentiality thresholds on

  6. Click "SAVE"
