Adding Employees to the Onboarding Survey

This guide provides a straightforward approach to adding/inviting employees to the Onboarding Survey, whether they are new hires or existing staff. There are two options, ensuring that every employee receives the necessary survey for a smooth transition.

**Option 1: Adding employees not already on the system**

  1. Click "Employee Lifecycle Surveys"

  2. Click "Onboard"

  3. Click the "New Starters" tab

  4. Click "Download Template"

  5. After filling out the template with the employee details, click "Upload File", or drag and drop the file into the box

**Option 2: Adding employees currently on the system**

  1. Click "People

  2. Click "Employees"

  3. Click this checkbox on whoever you wish to send an onboarding survey

  4. Click "Send Onboard Survey"

  5. Click "Send"

Onboard lifecycle links will remain open for the employee for 90 days until it expires.
