When should I send an onboarding survey?
Onboarding surveys are essential tools for gathering feedback from new employees about their onboarding experience. The timing of these surveys can greatly influence the quality and relevance of the feedback received. We recommend sending an onboarding survey during the initial 3-4 month period.
However our People science team can work with you to find a critical time in which to run these.
Confidentiality promise - Why is it not anonymous for onboarding surveys?
Knowing which employee has said which comments allows direct action to be taken on the onboarding feedback, before any potential damage is done (wrong equipment etc..)
We have also removed the 5 person limit for answers as some companies may onboard at different rates and we want you to see the results as soon as possible.
